In this holistic coaching, you will gain valuable information, skills, and insights about yourself. You will learn more about the areas where you can influence your health, well-being, and mental resilience. Together, we work on building a solid self-care foundation for you.

We design your individual coaching journey based on your personal question and the essential aspects of your life. This way, you take healthy steps that truly fit you and optimally support your well-being.

Self-care: your foundation for well-being

Self-care is more than healthy food, enough sleep, personal hygiene or occasionally taking a break.
It’s about feeling good in your body and mind, listening to yourself, and consciously paying attention to what influences your well-being — not just in stressful or difficult times, but always.

True self-care means truly knowing yourself: feeling your needs, understanding your patterns, knowing what gives or drains your energy, and choosing what supports you. It’s not a quick fix to keep going or cope with everything, but a way of living that nourishes you, keeps you balanced and builds resilience.

Self-care is personal and evolves with you and your life. It’s not about perfection — it’s about what fits you: because you are worth it.

This is how it works: A coaching approach focused on self-care and holistic health requires a broad perspective — that’s why we start the coaching with an intake session, where we use a series of questions to gain insights into your health and life factors. This serves as the foundation for your goal or question.

Epigenetics is a fascinating field of science that examines the effects of environmental factors and lifestyle on gene expression and our health.

Self-responsibility

This applies to everyone: we all bear responsibility for our own well-being and health. In the hustle of daily life, this often gets overlooked or doesn’t always have our priority. How we manage ourselves mentally, whether we listen to our bodies and feelings, and our willingness to adjust our lifestyle have an essential impact on our lives.

Coaching requires commitment and effort — from both you and me — but always based on personal responsibility and with no obligations. You yourself determine the duration and intensity of the coaching. You try things out and explore what suits you best, because: You are your own expert!

Time for yourself

Coaching is about giving time and attention to yourself. Lifestyle changes, developing good self-care, and personal growth all take time. That’s why I recommend planning for at least five sessions — depending on your goals and questions.

Our amazing body: he is constantly working for us without needing much from us in return. What can we do? Maintaining good self-care with attention and awareness.
This way, we create a “sparkling” environment in our lives — both inside and out!

By eating well, you can activate genes that help combat diseases and improve your metabolism.

An epigenetics coach supports people in making lifestyle choices that positively impact their health.
This includes the areas of nutrition, sleep, stress management, exercise, social relationships, and even thought patterns. Supporting your genes: By aligning and optimizing these factors — in a way that suits you personally — you help your genes perform at their best to support your health and well-being.

Coaching and therapy differ in focus and approach. Coaching provides guidance & support in areas like personal development, overcoming challenges, and implementing a healthy and conscious lifestyle. What else? Coaching is solution-focused and oriented toward the future. A coach does not make promises for things like healing.
And therapy? Therapy often focuses more on the past and helps process emotional issues or trauma and reduce psychological symptoms. A therapist works on deeper mental or emotional blockages and helps you better manage feelings or behaviors that impact your daily life.
In a holistic approach, a person is viewed as a whole — physically, emotionally, and mentally. Knowledge of epigenetics & awareness serves as the foundation for this coaching. And important: All aspects of your life are interconnected and form the pillars of your health & well-being.
A coaching session lasts either 60 or 90 minutes, depending on the program/topic of the session. For example, advice on nutrition, sleep hygiene or the results of a DNA test is typically a 60-minute session. Conversations and/or interventions involving mental topics require more time and last 90 minutes.
This always depends on your needs and goals. However, lifestyle changes and/or personal development require time. My recommendation: plan for at least 5 coaching sessions — depending on the topic and your own goals en questions.
Only your experience can truly tell you ;-). During our introductory session, we will get to know each other without any commitment, and we’ll look together at your questions and goals. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of what this coaching entails and, of course, of me as your coach. Then it’s up to you to consider if you feel confident and comfortable in this setting. As a coach, I encourage you: always openly discuss with me what is on your mind — at any point throughout the coaching journey :-).

And no — you really don’t have to be afraid that everything has to change. I'm not here to forbid you anything — and it's not my place to decide for you. It’s your life — and these are your choices. 😊
A healthy lifestyle is about balance — and about what you need, right now, in this phase of your life. Together, we'll explore which patterns may no longer serve you, and what changes could bring you more calm, energy, and resilience.
It’s important to understand: there’s no such thing as the perfect self-care or lifestyle. What works is personal and tailor-made. That’s why we’ll look together at what feels right for you — and what makes you feel truly 'sparkly'.
Depending on the topic we are working on together, you may occasionally receive exercises or assignments to work on at home. This is intended to help you practice techniques or reinforce new insights within yourself, bringing about and implementing lasting changes in your life. This is always offered as a suggestion, not a requirement. It’s up to you: you decide what works for you and what will help you progress. You are the expert on your own life!
The costs vary depending on the duration and purpose of the coaching. You can choose a specific program from the offerings or e.g. for a flexible coaching approach focused on a particular issue. Together, we will determine what best suits you, your needs and your goals.
Please keep in mind: Sustainable changes and integration into your life take time. During the coaching process, we will always decide together how and for how long to continue the sessions. You can find more about the rates and programs on the ‘Offerings’ page.
