In the coaching process, we explore the connections behind your question and the areas that influence your wellbeing and health. You receive insight, guidance, and practical tools — tailored to you and what you need.
This helps you strengthen your self-regulation and gradually build a form of self-care and lifestyle that nourishes, supports, and truly fits you.
Self-care is more than eating well, getting enough sleep, or taking occasional rest. It’s about consciously caring for yourself: listening to your body and paying attention to what’s going on inside you — every day, not only in stressful times.
Good self-care starts with getting to know yourself better: feeling your needs, understanding your patterns, and recognizing what gives you energy or drains it. It’s not a quick fix to keep going on, but a way of living that supports you and helps you stay balanced.
Self-care is personal and evolves with you and your life. It’s not about perfection, but about choices that truly suit you.
This is how it works: We begin with an intake (introductory session), during which we explore your question and what is currently the most relevant for your health. This forms the basis for your personal goal and our further direction.
My approach combines scientific insights from epigenetics with the power of awareness — a unique approach focused on sustainable change.
We all take responsibility for our own well-being and health. How we treat ourselves, listen to our body, and are willing to adjust our lifestyle has a significant impact on how we feel and live.
Coaching requires commitment from both of us, always at your own pace and with your freedom of choice. You decide what works for you — you are ultimately the expert of your own life.
Choosing coaching means consciously taking time and attention for yourself. Deepening, change, and developing good self-care require space and commitment.
That is why I usually work with a minimum of five sessions, depending on your question and goals.
Your body works for you every day. With attention and awareness, you can support it — and create more balance and vitality from within.
